Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BunnyEdit ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BunnyEdit for your personal or commercial purposes.

Trial Period

• BunnyEdit offers a 7-day free trial
• Full access to all features during trial
• No credit card required
• Only one trial per user

Subscription Terms

• Monthly Subscription: $4.99/month, billed monthly
• Annual Subscription: $39.99/year, billed annually
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Use on up to 3 devices simultaneously

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
• All activities that occur under your license
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your license is used only on authorized devices

Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Share your license key with others
• Use the Software for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use the Software in a way that violates any laws
• Attempt to bypass license validation

Payments and Refunds

Payments

• Processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
• Prices in USD unless otherwise specified
• Automatic renewal for subscriptions

Refund Policy

• 7-day free trial allows full evaluation before purchase
• Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
• Contact support@bunnyedit.com for refund requests

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancel through your Lemon Squeezy account
• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• No partial refunds for cancelled subscriptions

Software Updates

We may:

• Provide updates and improvements to the Software
• Add or remove features with notice
• Require updates for continued use
• Updates are included in your subscription

Data and Privacy

• Your documents are stored locally on your device
• We do not access or store your content
• See our Privacy Policy for details

Intellectual Property

BunnyEdit and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Robert Grow. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BunnyEdit and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Software illegally or fraudulently

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BunnyEdit regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements.
